One Account Per Player
Each member is only permitted to hold one active account at 4bet. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of balances.

1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by 4bet via the website 4bet.pw or our mobile app, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies incorporated by reference, including Privacy Policy and guidelines Responsible Gaming.
If you disagree with any part of this document, please discontinue use of the platform 4bet immediately. Continued use after the effective date of the latest amendment is considered full acceptance of the updated terms.
2 Member Eligibility
To register and use our services 4bet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
- Aged at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
- Not listed under any voluntary self-exclusion program of any responsible gaming scheme.
- Using the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- Not prohibited by local laws or regulations from participating in online betting activities.
- Having full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.

3 Account Registration
Each player is only permitted to have one (1) active account at 4bet. Multiple account registrations, whether using the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or banking details, are strictly prohibited.
Registration Details
Upon registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including:
- Full name as shown on your identity card or passport.
- A valid date of birth.
- An active email address used exclusively for one account.
- A valid Malaysian phone number.
- Bank details for withdrawal purposes.
4bet reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in a temporary account restriction or closure.
4 Deposits & Payments
4bet accept deposits via a variety of Malaysian payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and local bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Deposit Limit
- Minimum deposit: RM 30 per transaction.
- Maximum daily deposit: RM 50,000 (adjustable based on account level).
- All deposits will be credited to your account within 3 to 10 minutes depending on the selected payment method.
Important: The deposit method used must be registered in the same member's name. 4bet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Violation of this rule may result in funds being frozen pending investigation.
5 Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawals are processed to a verified Malaysian bank account in the member's name. Processing time is between 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank and your account verification status.
Withdrawal Requirements
- Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per request.
- Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed.
- Members must fulfill the bonus rollover requirement (if applicable) before a withdrawal is permitted.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts or unverified accounts are strictly prohibited.
- The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
4bet reserves the right to request additional documents for AML compliance purposes before approving withdrawal requests that exceed certain limits. This process is industry standard and is intended to protect all parties.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by 4bet subject to specific terms stated on the Promotions. By claiming any bonus, you agree to fully comply with its terms and conditions.
General Bonus Guidelines
- Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
- Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without meeting the rollover requirement.
- Rollover requirements must be met within the bonus validity period. Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
- 4bet reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or a breach of terms.
- Bonuses are only valid for games specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
Warning: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts, bet arbitrage, or other methods intended to gain an unfair advantage — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.
7 Betting & Gaming Rules
All betting activity on 4bet are conducted in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers and 4bet platform guidelines. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing any bets.
- All game results are final once confirmed by the system. No appeals will be accepted on grounds of personal dissatisfaction.
- Any bets placed due to a platform technical error will be voided and the funds returned to the account.
- All slot games use independently verified RNG to ensure fairness.
- Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Sports betting is subject to actual match conditions and the rules of the relevant sport.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on the platform 4bet and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:
- Registering more than one account.
- Using automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to play or bet.
- Collusion between players to cheat the system or other players.
- Attempts to hack, forge, or interfere with the platform's systems.
- Money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activities.
- Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
- Threatening, harassing, or insulting customer support staff or other players.
9 Security & KYC Verification
4bet comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements in line with international standards. A KYC process may be required during or after registration.

- A copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or valid passport.
- Recent bank statement (not older than 3 months) as proof of address.
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used for the deposit.

10 Account Closure & Suspension
4bet reserves the right to suspend or close any member account without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or a request from the relevant authorities.
Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time through customer support channels. Prior to closure, all valid outstanding funds will be returned to the member in accordance with the withdrawal policy, once all KYC and AML checks have been completed.
Self-Exclusion: If you feel you need a break from betting, you can activate a temporary or permanent self-exclusion option through the Responsible Gaming in your account.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 4bet is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from betting outcomes.
- Service disruptions beyond the platform's control (force majeure).
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from a security failure on your own part.
- Processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
Members are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. 4bet will not be held liable for any losses arising from password sharing or security negligence on the part of the member.
12 Terms Amendment
4bet reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or registered email at least 7 days before those changes take effect.
